Oversee high-precision topographic surveys, boundary calculations, and volumetric calculations to establish accurate project blueprints.
Verify the accuracy of field data, design profiles, and as-built drawings; identify and correct field errors in a timely manner.
Monitor the utilization, calibration, and routine maintenance of surveying tools.
Manage site construction survey workflows from conception to handover.
Supervise subcontractor execution, monitor material requests, and review progress billing bills.
Update and organize construction schedules efficiently to support project delivery timelines.
Direct daily/weekly work plans and optimize staff workload across multiple sub-projects.
Serve as a key link between field workers and the Project Manager; coordinate with engineering and design teams.
Enforce site health, safety, and hygiene protection plans while guiding junior technical staff.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field (Equivalent field experience will be highly considered).
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in land/construction surveying.
Experience in building structures or facilities (apartments, residential, schools, or infrastructure projects).
Experience leading a small team or acting as a senior surveyor on-site.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD and MS Office.
Familiarity with standard surveying software.
Soft Skills: Good problem-solving skills under pressure, safety-conscious, and strong communication skills.
Language: Professional working proficiency in English (capable of reporting and daily communication).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced 3D Mapping / Photogrammetry software (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy).
Prior experience coordinating infrastructure tasks or liaising with Cambodian government entities.
