About the role

Develop and implement debt recovery plans for defaulted and overdue clients.
Assess and rank clients based on priority for resolution.
Conduct regular field visits to collect payments from overdue clients.
Develop daily village visit plans for assigned areas and update management and branch directors weekly.
Create strategies for resolving bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff for effective problem resolution to achieve plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities in resolving client issues.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work effectively under pressure.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Familiarity with computer operations.
Experience in financial institutions is prioritized.
