About the role
- Responsible for network monitoring and trouble ticket handling on Network Infrastructure, Cloud, Datacenter, Application Infra, Power Supply System, RAN system, Core Network, Billing System, Transmission system, Base Stations, and Fixed Network Infra.
- Monitor, escalate, follow up, and close any abnormal issues related to Network Infrastructure, Cloud Infra, Datacenter Infra, Application Infra, Power Supply System, RAN system, Core Network, Billing System, Transmission system, Base Stations, and Fixed Network Infra.
- Liaise with support teams to escalate and follow up incidents, issues, and trouble tickets until completion within defined SLAs.
- Make fuel orders for sites with Diesel Engines and Power Cube sites, review supplied amounts, and close fuel work orders.
- Monitor fuel consumption of sites, report suspect leakage, stolen cases, and refilling amounts.
- Monitor DG and battery backup hours to trigger abnormal behavior and report to the field team for action.
- Conduct physical checks on Datacenter environment for safe operation.
- Handover information and pending tasks from own shift to the next shift to maintain smooth operation.
- Respond and log proactively on incidents and fire suppression issues in the area under own responsibility, and report them quickly to assigned PICs.
