About the role

Responsible for assisting the department in tasks such as: Reviewing and analyzing requests from requesters.
Analyzing the market and identifying suppliers.
Comparing and analyzing offers from suppliers.
Negotiating contract agreements, prices, and placing orders.
Monitoring orders for quality and service.
Preparing related documents and reports.
Responsibilities and Duties: Identify potential suppliers.
Compare and estimate prices from suppliers.
Understand terms of goods delivery and payment.
Inspect the quality of ordered goods.
Ensure up-to-date records of purchased goods, shipping information, and invoices.
Monitor stock levels.
Provide information on new developments in the procurement office, such as price changes, market conditions, and new products.
Maintain bid tables, price lists, business documents, and other proposal analysis documents as required for effective procurement operations.
Create POs in the electronic system DBC v.20.
Prepare procurement procedures and documents and send them to the accounting department for supplier payments.
Prepare reports on procurement, including cost analysis.
Report and participate in solving related issues.
Prepare work performance reports for management.
Maintain order, discipline, and company internal regulations.
Perform other duties as instructed by management.

Requirements

Studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
Have at least 1 year of work experience in procurement.
Understand the procurement process and preparation of procurement documents.
Ability to use computer Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Email.
Good command of English.
Age between 20 to 30 years old.
Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
Honest and able to work under pressure.
Good collaboration and communication skills in work.
Willingness to learn and quick learner.
