Act as the main point of contact between customers and the warehouse floor team.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and help resolve any problems or concerns related to receiving, storing, moving, and shipping supplies, stock, and materials to and/or from the warehouse.
Coordinate with trucking subcontractors to ensure timely delivery for the customers.
