• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving basic concerns.
• Prepare and set up dining areas before service and clean up after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Process guest bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and basic stock control when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
