About the role

Administration of Windows and Linux based systems.
Dealing with virtualized environment (VMware, FusionSphere, OracleVM).
Versatile Microsoft 365 Admin portal support.
Planning storage area net (SAN).
Act as a 2nd line support for Smart internal users.
Daily tracking of RRD graphs for servers load, checking hardware alarms and applying preventive measures to mitigate possible problems.
Maintain diagrams for the entrusted systems.
Preparing regular reports on systems backup, uptime etc. Proposing ideas towards unification, simplification, modernization and automation of the systems.
Planning expansions, upgrades, swaps of systems.
Supervision of the plans in Enterprise Applications area.
Other relevant tasks assigned by Enterprise Applications Manager, Head of IT and CTIO, CEO.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT.
Perfect TCP/IP knowledge.
Knowledge of SAN and NAS storages connection principles.
Perfect knowledge of MS Exchange, AD, DNS, DHCP and Microsoft 365.
3-years of hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS.
1 year of hands-on experience with any ERP system.
