• Support analytical, technical, and operational activities in Cambodia.
• Conduct structured literature reviews and targeted research on climate risk and vulnerability, protected area governance, biodiversity conservation, nature-based solutions and ecosystem-based adaptation.
• Support quantitative and spatial analysis, including field survey where applicable.
• Synthesize findings into outputs aligned with PAD-III reporting standards.
• Support preparation of technical reports, analytical papers, policy briefs, and advisory notes.
• Contribute to decision-support tools and systems.
• Ensure all outputs are evidence-based, clearly structured, and accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Assist in the planning and facilitation of multi-stakeholder consultations and technical shops.

• Engage with ICEM's regional technical net and knowledge management systems.
• Document programme activities, lessons learned, and case studies.
• Support internal knowledge management and reporting.
• Assist in producing clear, concise communication materials for diverse audiences.
