In administration and human resources, key tasks include payroll calculation for staff and site workers based on verified attendance, preparing payroll sheets for approval, calculating deductions, overtime, bonuses, and taxes, and maintaining confidential payroll records.
Support for recruitment involves posting job ads, preparing CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Attendance and leave management includes daily tracking of office, workshop, and site worker attendance, managing leave requests, and maintaining leave balance records.
Monthly attendance reports are prepared as a basis for payroll calculation.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or currently studying in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting or Administration-Human Resources (experience in construction or furniture manufacturing industry will be prioritized).
Skills: Basic knowledge of NSSF calculation and Cambodian labor law.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with accounting systems or inventory management software is a plus.
Qualities: Honest, meticulous, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial and payroll information.
