About the role

Develop a debt recovery plan for delinquent clients and clients with overdue payments of 360 days or more.
Evaluate and prioritize clients for settlement.
Collect payments from delinquent clients on a regular basis.
Plan daily field visits by area of responsibility and report updates to manager and provincial branch manager weekly.
Develop strategies for resolving non-performing loans.
Collaborate with branch staff for effective problem-solving to achieve targets.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve client issues.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance, or an equivalent degree.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have the ability and skills to plan and work under difficult conditions.
Have some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Have better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.

Compensation Details
