About the role

The Sales Executive Officer is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the ISP industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties: Meet sales target as assigned by the management line.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Stay updated with the ISP industry trends and product knowledge Provide customers with detailed information about ISP services and packages.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales.
Ensure all sales agreements and contracts are completed accurately.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM System.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Be travel, field work and mission.
Good written and spoken English.
