To oversee office lease agreements and renewals To manage and place orders for office supplies, including business cards To ensure smooth day to day office operations, including maintaining cleanliness To coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events To perform ad-hoc administrative tasks not listed above To administer monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement To handle income tax submissions and employee tax-related matters To manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations To maintain employee records and HR documentation To review and update the staff manual, company policies, welfare programs To employee onboarding and offboarding processes To input necessary information into the database, including overtime records, and liaise with the regulatory bodies To perform ad-hoc HR tasks not listed above
MBachelor degree in Administrative or related fields At lease 3 years working expereince in admin / HR or Accoutant support Maintain confidentiality of personal & sensitive information Proficient in MS Office applications Strong understanding of Cambodia laws and tax regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good and fluency in English
