Support daily accounting operations for a growing food and beverage business, with a focus on accounts payable, invoice processing, and expense control. Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
• Prepare accounts payable schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
• Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Record accounting entries accurately and maintain complete AP documentation.
• Assist with monthly closing, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper approval and coding of expenses.
• Support audits by organizing records and providing required AP-related information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounts payable or general accounting, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
