Assure human resource and labor administrations are professionally complied with relevant regulations: Monitor regulatory updates impacting human resource administration functions in order to proactively control internal prepares.
Respond effectively to regulatory requirements with higher level professionalism and integrity.
Process staff declaration in and out, employment books, work permits, enterprise marks registrations, self-inspections appropriately.
Work with relevant regulators and local authorities to strengthen legal compliance liaisons.
Work with company legal services teams to ensure that human resource administrations are legal and less risk.

Review and update administrative services and C&B related policy and procedure.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Public Administration, Law, Account-Finance, Business Administration or related degree.
Experienced in C&B, Labor Law Compliances, Administration services management for 5 years.
Excellence in organizing, administrations, process improvement, budget control, problem solving, and effectively communication.
