About the role

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property projects and company branding.
Create and update marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, and promotional materials.
Support event coordination, open houses, and community or sales activities.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support campaign ideas.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports for management review.
Maintain organized marketing files, assets, and project documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Entry-level experience or internship experience in marketing, media, or sales support preferred.
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools are an advantage.
Honest, proactive, and committed to achieving team goals.
Able to work in Phnom Penh, Dangkao area.
