Roles and Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning: Design and deliver engaging lectures and seminars across undergraduate and postgraduate modules (e.g., Digital Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Consumer Behavior).
Curriculum Development: Lead the planning and regular evaluation of course content to ensure it remains industry-relevant and innovative.
Student Support: Act as a personal tutor, providing academic mentorship and supervising students’ theses or dissertations.
Research & Scholarship: Conduct independent or collaborative research, aiming for publication in high-quality international journals.
Engagement: Collaborate with industry partners to improve student learning outcomes and the national standing of the discipline.

Key Requirements** (skills, knowledge experience & qualification)

Master's Degree in a relevant field
Experience teaching at a university level
