DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections. Replace defective parts and components. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Keep maintenance records and reports. Follow workplace safety procedures. Support emergency repair work when needed. EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, business administration, or related field.

WORK HISTORY:

At least in mechanic management (experience in agriculture is preferred) for 1 to 3 years

Operate agricultural drones for spraying, mapping, and crop monitoring. Ensure precision application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments. Maintain and troubleshoot drone equipment. Work closely with agronomy teams to optimize drone operations. EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

General & Technical Skills Experience operating agricultural drones, preferably DJI models. Knowledge of precision agriculture and remote sensing. Understanding of crop health monitoring and application techniques. Certification or training in drone operation is an advantage.
