Following production process from sampling to shipment. Maintaining a clear, concise and reliable production planning sheet, in order to follow each stage of production. Preparing order sheets for materials (packaging materials, etc). Working closely with China and Hong Kong merchandisers throughout the progress of the sampling and production. Advising and assisting production and quality department. Going through quality inspections together with in-house or third-party QA/QC teams. Preparing shipping details such as stickers, packing lists, and others as necessary. Creating a merchandisers summary for every completed order. EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES: English

• Fluent WORK HISTORY: Garment factory merchandising for 3 years as a minimum SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: General & Technical Skills Excellent proficiency in Chinese Speak Mandarin Excellent knowledge of various software including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
