About the role

Clean and maintain hygiene in bathrooms (dry and good hygiene).
Clean and maintain hygiene in classrooms (before students arrive and after they leave).
Clean hallways and the area outside classrooms.
Clean and maintain hygiene in office rooms (clean tiles, glass, and collect trash).
Stationed at designated areas to monitor hygiene and other issues.
Maintain and conserve provided materials.
Request for additional materials and organize cleaning supplies neatly.
Cooperate with security to monitor and oversee floor safety.
Substitute absent staff or work extra when staff are absent.
Wash sofa cushions, curtains, and other used items.
Perform detailed cleaning of the building during vacation or term breaks.
Report all issues and work progress to the building security and hygiene manager.
Perform detailed cleaning (wet cleaning) of own designated area once a day.
Clean bathrooms and bathroom fixtures twice daily.
Maintain hygiene in bathrooms at all times when there are issues.
Sweep hallways, reception areas, and areas that are dirty or dusty.
Always place a "slippery when wet" sign before cleaning.
Inspect own designated areas and clean immediately upon noticing any issues.
Clean and store cleaning cloths and bins regularly after cleaning.
Organize materials neatly as instructed.
Wash trash bins in designated areas before going home.
Separate trash by type (dry trash, wet trash, and cans).
Change trash bags in bathrooms.
Mark "P" on the bathroom cleaning checklist after cleaning.
Monitor used materials to avoid shortages when needed.
Request materials based on actual needs (with department head approval).
Report repair issues to the department head or building maintenance staff.
Change water and clean bins and cloths after cleaning.
Dry cloths properly (in an orderly manner) after cleaning.
Turn off lights after cleaning or turn off some lights before cleaning (open curtains).
Inspect own areas before going home.
Cooperate with security to monitor and oversee floor safety.
Report all issues and work progress to the building security and hygiene manager.
Be friendly and welcoming to students and guardians.
Cooperate with security if students violate school rules and regulations, report to security to take the student to the student affairs office for resolution and guidance by teachers.
When students go for break, assist in observing student activities, especially in classrooms and corners.
Perform cleaning immediately when students request assistance or if spills are observed.
Be observant of students spending too much time in the bathroom as there might be an issue or students playing in the bathroom.
When it is time for class, the cleaner must help inform students to enter class, except for Aii Language Center students who are over 16 years old.

Requirements

Educational level from 6th grade upwards.
Able to read and write Khmer well.
Strong physical condition.
Age from 20 to 40 years old.
At least 1 year of experience in hygiene/cleaning work.
Able to be flexible with company time and working hours.
Possess diligence and patience in work.
Friendly and good communication skills.
Honest and highly responsible in work.
