The Bidder has satisfactorily completed at least two contracts for supply of similar goods in the preceding three (3) years of not less than $7,564.88 in each contract.
The bidder has completed contract in the total cumulative amount equal to at least $30,259.52 in the preceding two years.
The bidder must not be under any notice of suspension or disbarment issued by the Government or the Global Fund.
Quotations must be accompanied by a performance securing declaration.
