About the role

Collaborate with UX/UI team, Product Owner and our Management to understand their design needs and objectives.
Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet the project requirements and align with brand guidelines.
Create visual assets such as icons, illustration, animation, logo, ... etc. for mobile app / website layouts, and more.
Use graphic design software and tools to execute designs efficiently and effectively.
Present design concepts to UX/UI team, Visual team and Management for incorporate feedback into final designs.
Stay up-to-date with banking trends and best practices in visual design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic / Visual / Motion or Animation Designer.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, …etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various mediums.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Experience with Mobile / Web design and knowledge.
Must have good knowledge and experiencing in using AI related tools.
