About the role

Understand and manage all aspects of cash flow for both branch and bank level.
Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements.
Proactive risk management and monitoring of liquidity and interest rate risk and ensure that these risks are managed within the risk appetite and comply with regulatory.
Prepare/review policies and guidelines relating to Treasury operations and management and ensure that the policies and guidelines is in line with NBC’s requirements.
Forecast all key financial covenants for 12 months roll over to comply with National Bank regulations, lenders and internal requirements.
Monitor or review consolidated cash flow projections to ensure sufficient funds are available for the next six-month commitment period to support company growth.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by Treasury Head and CFO.

Requirements

Educational background in Bachelor degree in Or Finance and banking.
At least 4years of hand on experiences in Treasury function with financial sector.
Experience of writing procedures, manuals and drafting report.
Ability to under pressure, as part of team, as well as independently.
Strong communication and negotiating and engagement skills.
Possess a pleasant ality and can-do attitude.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
