About the role

Serve as a liaison between clients and the firm's tax and accounting professionals.
Coordinate client onboarding, document collection, and engagement setup.
Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients regarding outstanding information.
Maintain accurate client records and update information in firm systems.
Support the preparation, review, and delivery of tax returns, financial reports, and other client documents.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in , Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in client service, administration, accounting, or professional services.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
