The Clinic Administrative Officer is responsible for coordinating Marie Stopes International Cambodia’s (MSIC) clinic set up, ensuring all required equipment, supplies, materials, and operational resources are procured in place for new MSIC clinics to offer services to clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with Construction Inspectors to ensure construction suppliers comply with approved specifications, floorplans, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting and assisting MSIC in field inspections and environmental monitoring activities.
• Verifying that suppliers provide the right product specification, quality, grade, and quality of materials as requested and approved.
• Conducting on-site inspections to observe the progress of refurbishment throughout the construction project lifecycle.
• Monitoring and following up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of construction site issues.
• Developing clinic set up plans and forming committees to review progress against the plan.
• Collaborating with cross-departments in developing clinic layouts following MSI guidelines.
• Coordinating with clinical departments to ensure clinical equipment meets standard requirements.
• Liaising with all relevant departments to ensure required equipment, materials, and supplies for clinic setup are identified.
• Developing procurement plans for new clinic setup in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure required equipment, materials, and supplies are procured and available at the clinic.
• Acting as the focal point to communicate with house owners and process lease agreements.
• Working closely with procurement/finance to ensure insurance (building, fire, equipment) is in place.
