• Conducting mental health assessments for clients, making diagnoses when appropriate, and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Providing evidence-based psychological therapies and interventions to individuals and , including children, young people, and families.
• Completing electronic client notes and reports.
• Writing letters to other health professionals and external agencies to assist the client in accessing other services and support.
• Coordinate care with other providers (e.g., psychiatrists, doctors, social ers, teachers) to ensure holistic and consistent support.
• Advocate for the client’s needs across systems (health, education, place, community).
• Preparing for, and attending, clinical supervision sessions and team meetings.
• Monitoring client progress through regular feedback and outcome measures.
• Develop and deliver training on mental health topics (e.g., stress, anxiety, trauma, wellbeing, self-care) tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethics, including confidentiality and adherence to the scope of practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in mental health research and training methods.

Master's Degree in Mental Health Counselling or Clinical Psychology Experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Proficient in computer skills, particularly using Microsoft programs Advanced spoken and written English and Khmer Willingness to learn and develop as a mental health professional Capacity to effectively both independently and as part of a cross-cultural team Good observational skills and attention to detail Exceptional interal skills, empathy, and sensitivity when dealing with clients
