About the role

Develop a debt recovery plan for defaulted clients and clients overdue by 360 days or more.
Assess and prioritize clients for resolution.
Go out to collect payments from overdue clients regularly.
Develop daily village visit plans for each managed area and update the Provincial Branch Manager weekly.
Create strategies for resolving bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure efficient problem resolution and plan achievement.
Report daily and weekly results.
Cooperate with local authorities to resolve issues with clients.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Microfinance, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is an advantage.
