About the role

Manage end-to-end import and export processes.
Prepare and review shipping documents and custom declarations.
Communicate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and international trade laws.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade agreements and tariffs.
Liaise with customs authorities for inspections and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate shipments to meet demand.
Prepare inventory reports and conduct regular audits.
Coordinate with warehousing team to optimize storage solutions.
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipping queries.
Resolve issues and disputes related to shipments.
Provide updates to clients on shipment status and delays.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Administration, or relevant field as a minimum.
Import/Export Coordinator in Logistics and Transportation industry, Logistics Specialist for 2 to 3 years as a minimum.
Logistics and Transportation for 1 to 2 years is preferred.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Strong understanding of import/export regulations.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention to detail.
Ability to independently and in a team.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
