About the role

Responsibilities include external and internal communication, looking after the IT equipment and internet infrastructure, and purchasing.
Digital Communication: On social media: Regular posting on social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) including design, collecting data/photo/material for posting, and daily interface with staff to collect necessary information.
On other media: Propose, design, and execute projects such as promotion videos, banners, flyers, and events.
Internal communication: Design and execute posts, documents for internal use, and internal communication to parents for activities, student's yearbook, and events.
Web page/google page: Maintain the webpage and google page, and update data.
GOOGLE DRIVE: Manage and maintain the google DRIVE.
Administration: IT equipment: Purchase, maintain, follow up, and manage IT equipment, computers, retro projectors, printers, and interface with repair shops.
Execute purchasing of equipment and goods under instructions and within regulations.
Purchasing activity includes supplier search, competitive bidding, writing purchase orders, following order execution, and associated payments.

Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Administration, or IT field.
History: IT and social media management for 2 years as a minimum.
Skills & Knowledge: General & Technical Skills: Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), GOOGLE, GOOGLE DRIVE, photographic skills, video skills, social media skills.
Good communication skills are required.
Soft Skills: Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility, adaptability, effectiveness, proactivity.
