ABOUT THE COMPANY A growing stationery and bookstore dedicated to providing quality books, school supplies, and office products while delivering convenient solutions to customers and businesses. ABOUT THE ROLLE We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales to develop new customers and grow sales of stationery, books, school supplies, office supplies, and related products. The role involves visiting customers, presenting products, following up on sales opportunities, and maintaining good customer relationships. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Identify and approach new customers. - Visit customers regularly to introduce products and collect orders. - Promote stationery, books, school supplies, office supplies, and other company products. - Follow up with existing customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat orders. - Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up until orders are completed. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled properly. - Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and orders. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to the supervisor. - Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - 1–2 years of experience in outdoor sales, or a related sales position. - Experience in stationery, books, education supplies, office supplies, FMCG, or retail is an advantage. - Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. - Strong sales and target-oriented mindset. - Able to work independently and travel to visit customers. - Good knowledge of Phnom Penh and/or surrounding areas. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. - Having a valid driving license and own transportation is an advantage.
