Perform technical on KHS machines and lines, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis of production stoppages, and optimization of machine and line efficiency.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, retrofits, and mechanical, electrical, and control system tasks, including reprogramming and parameter adjustments.
Identify parts requiring repair, install replacements and retrofits, and document all completed in service reports and KHS Connect.
Provide first-line on-site support and support the regional 24/7 hotline when required.
Act as the local KHS representative for customers in Cambodia through regular site visits, technical consultations, and follow-up of open service issues.
Plan and conduct regular customer visits and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) reviews together with the Regional Service Key Account Manager.
Advise customers on maintenance strategies, conversion opportunities, and technical upgrades, while identifying and forwarding commercial opportunities to the service sales team.
Inspect the installed base and maintain accurate Installed Base Asset (IBA) records.
Resolve or escalate technical issues and serve as the local interface with regional field service, technical support, and order management teams.
Ensure full compliance with KHS Health & Safety standards at all customer sites.
Collect customer feedback after each visit and share findings with the regional team.
Requirements
Field service experience with filling, packaging, processing, or similar high-speed industrial equipment.
