class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Provide comprehensive nursing care and medical support for students.</li><li class="indent-1">Review and respond to daily medical reports from the Residential Team.</li><li class="indent-1">Assess, monitor, and follow up on students with medical concerns or ongoing health conditions.</li><li class="indent-1">Observe students of concern in classrooms, dormitories, dining areas, and during activities.</li><li class="indent-1">Administer prescribed and authorized medications according to school procedures and medical guidelines.</li><li class="indent-1">Verify all medications brought onto campus and communicate with parents regarding medication purpose, dosage, and instructions.</li><li class="indent-1">Ensure all medication administration records are maintained accurately and confidentially.</li><li class="indent-1">Provide first aid and emergency treatment when necessary.</li><li class="indent-1">Coordinate referrals and transportation to clinics, hospitals, or specialists when required.</li><li class="indent-1">Follow up in person and by phone with injured or seriously ill students.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain emergency contact information and updated medical records for all students.</li><li class="indent-1">Ensure all student health records are accurately maintained within the central database.</li><li class="indent-1">Identify and respond to communicable diseases or health risks affecting the student body.</li><li class="indent-1">Prepare and distribute health notices and communications to parents and staff regarding student health concerns.</li></ul>Leadership and Supervision<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Lead and manage the overall operation of the school clinic.</li><li class="indent-1">Serve as the senior health professional on campus.</li><li class="indent-1">Provide guidance, training, and support to Residential Team members regarding student health care practices.</li><li class="indent-1">Develop and implement clinic procedures, protocols, and best practices.</li><li class="indent-1">Monitor staff compliance with health and safety procedures.</li><li class="indent-1">Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to student welfare planning.</li><li class="indent-1">Mentor and support junior medical staff, assistants, when applicable.</li><li class="indent-1">Coordinate health-related training sessions for staff.</li></ul>Emergency Preparedness and Response<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Develop, implement, and regularly review emergency medical response plans.</li><li class="indent-1">Ensure clinic readiness for medical emergencies at all times.</li><li class="indent-1">Coordinate emergency response procedures during accidents, outbreaks, or critical incidents.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain emergency medical supplies and equipment.</li><li class="indent-1">Complete accident and incident reports promptly and accurately.</li></ul>Health Education and Preventive Care<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Plan, organize, and implement student health education programs.</li><li class="indent-1">Educate students on personal hygiene, oral hygiene, nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention.</li><li class="indent-1">Supervise head lice screening and treatment.</li><li class="indent-1">Organize preventive health programs such as vaccinations, eyesight screenings, and dental care initiatives.</li></ul>Mental Health and Student Welfare Support<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Recognize signs of emotional, behavioral, psychological, or mental health concerns.</li><li class="indent-1">Collaborate closely with social workers, counselors, residential staff, and education staff regarding student wellbeing.</li><li class="indent-1">Support students and families during crisis situations.</li><li class="indent-1">Advocate for student wellbeing and appropriate support services.</li></ul>Parent and Community Communication<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Maintain professional and timely communication with parents regarding student health concerns.</li><li class="indent-1">Inform parents immediately when students require off-campus medical treatment.</li><li class="indent-1">Collaborate with external healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and child-support agencies.</li></ul>Clinic Administration and Documentation<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, safe, and fully operational.</li><li class="indent-1">Develop and manage the annual clinic budget.</li><li class="indent-1">Monitor expenditures and forecast future medical supply needs.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain accurate inventory records for all medical supplies and equipment.</li><li class="indent-1">Prepare regular health and operational reports for the Academy Director.</li><li class="indent-1">Report relevant issues to the Child Protection team.</li></ul>Collaboration and Cross-Department Support<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Maintain strong communication with all departments involved in student care.</li><li class="indent-1">Collaborate effectively with Residential, Education, Catering, Operations, Safeguarding, and Leadership Teams.</li></ul>Exploration Trips and Off-Campus Activities<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Prepare and check first aid supplies for all school trips and activities.</li><li class="indent-1">Assess health and safety considerations for exploration trips.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain communication with staff supervising off-campus activities.</li></ul>Professional Standards and Expectations<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-1">Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in working hours according to student needs.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain high standards of punctuality, responsibility, and accountability.</li><li class="indent-1">Maintain strict confidentiality regarding medical and workplace matters.</li><li class="indent-1">Participate in professional development and training programs.</li></ul>Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification): <div class="key-list"
