About the role

Assist in the management of the financial and accounting systems; Prepare and process payments, including petty cash, cheques, local transfers, and international transfers.
Maintain accurate accounting records, including cash management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Manage the Fixed Assets process, including record-keeping and inventory management.
Oversee administrative processes, such as preparing quotations, supplier contracts, stationery management, and equipment management.
Conduct bank deposits and withdrawals as advised by the Finance Department.
Ensure all financial transactions (income and expenses) are properly recorded with complete supporting documentation.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the SBK R&D Director and the Chief of the Finance Department.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
Experience in petty cash management, project finance management, financial report preparation, and data entry using QuickBooks Pro for 3 years as a minimum.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks Pro, as well as knowledge of tax regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
