• Maintain all relationships and facilitate the smooth running of daily activities and report directly to VPC.
• Follow up with tasks and problem-solving issues assigned to you by VPC.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with service providers.
• Ability to develop and maintain good relationship with new brand principals.
• Ensure all documents, contracts and communications are kept on record and organized for quick and further reference.
• Conduct Vietnam and Cambodia market survey and research.
• Connect with the relevant targeted brands with the intention include them into our company portfolio.
• Directly negotiating the contracts with principal brands in order to bargain the price, terms and conditions of contracts.
• Recommend, introduce and advise on potential and current brand partners.
• Provide feedback and advice as to how the product quality, design and services should be improved to satisfy the demand of consumers in the Vietnamese market.
• Provide a background on all sales channels in Vietnam and recommendations on how to approach the market.
• Conduct all necessary activities within Company’s business development interests, including but not limited to communicating with current and potential partners, handling current and potential clients/consumers, following up with current and potential partners regarding any news/updates of Company’s business.
• Prepare & update business plan, company profile, and Vietnamese market overview four times per a year.
• Work in conjunction with BDM for strategies, research and conduct case studies then report directly to VPC for initial approval in preparation to preset to CEO.
• Make relevant communications between VPC and internal departments; demonstrate leadership in order to maintain credibility, trust and support from senior management.
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.
• Conduct market research of domestic sports brands, coupled with the needed due diligence to prepare for feasibility of an acquisition.
• Conduct market research build pipeline for potential franchise partners for the Vietnam market.
• Work closely with VPC on strategies and coordinate all meeting with top management in the company.
• Maintaining records of all brands locations and pipeline of targeted locations – benchmarking against all other brands in the Maison Portillo.

Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field Experience in assistance or business development for 5 years
