About the role

Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles to retail and corporate customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new customer leads through neting, referrals, digital platforms, and outdoor sales activities.
Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable vehicle models.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide professional product demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, promotions, and competitors.
Explain product features, warranties, after-sales services, and maintenance packages.
Stay updated on new vehicle launches and market trends.
Prepare all required sales documentation accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Promote YoungSia Auto products through social media and other digital channels.
Represent the company professionally at all customer touchpoints.
Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle sales.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.
