About the role

Prepare, submit, and track all applications for corporate registrations, construction permit, factory establishment licenses, environmental approvals, and product registrations.
Coordinate property-related legalities, including land title conversions (e.g., soft to hard titles), zoning compliance, and boundary verifications.
Facilitate corporate tax registration, import/export customs clearance permits, and ongoing compliance submissions with tax authorities.
Advise project leaders or clients on the specific documentary evidence, timelines, and financial costs required for various licenses.
Regularly update information and monitor changes in local commercial laws, tax structures, and investment incentives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Field of Study: Business Administration, Law or a related field.
1+ years of direct experience handling corporate licensing, government relations, or investment facilitation.
Native/fluent proficiency in the primary local language, fluent in English and good communication Thai language.
