About the role

Work within 2-3 communes to support child sponsorship commitments.
Maintain the 1500-1700 caseload in existing assigned districts per three months to contribute to the allocated sponsorship caseload.
Ensure the understanding of SC, family and community and partners on Child Sponsorship purpose and policies in assigned communes.
Supervise 10-20 community volunteers in the field to coordinate sponsorship activities with them in 10-20 villages.
Provide hands-on coaching and technical support to partner staff in selected pilot districts.
Ensure that sponsorship standards to keep children safe in sponsorship are properly applied and checked, including that SCs & parents understand the CPP and CoC, and report CP incident cases when identified during the field visits to target areas using reporting mechanism procedures.
Collect and distribute SC and sponsor communications via the Community Volunteers and closely work with the Sponsorship Manager to ensure sponsorship production targets are achieved.
Check/review the quality of communication items (including inappropriate content) to provide specific feedback for improvement as well as for capacity building.
Coordinate with the Sponsorship Secretary (SS) and Community Volunteers (CVs) to ensure that communications meet policy standards.
Facilitate successful sponsor visits with relevant parties including SCs and their families, SPCs, partners and local authorities if needed.
Develop capacity of CVs based on the results of the capacity assess.
