Monitor stock levels and alert parts buyers when stock reaches reorder level according to parts code and quantity. Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) by verifying parts and consumables received against Purchase Requisitions (PR) and invoices to ensure correct quantities. Report to parts buyer or assistant branch manager in case of discrepancies between parts received and PO, Invoice, or Delivery Note, or if parts are defective, or if there are other issues. Record new stock in Xero and upload related documents like original invoices into Xero. Attach Delivery Note when issuing parts based on mechanic requests. Maintain the stockroom clean and organized according to 5S principles. Organize stock, shelves, labeling, and classify parts by type for easy management. Isolate defective, incorrect, or returnable parts to be sent back to the supplier. Update daily Stock In

• Stock Out reports in the Xero accounting system. File stock documents in an orderly manner, such as GRN, Delivery Note, and Monthly Stock Count Report. Perform other duties as assigned by the branch leader or head of parts at the head office.
