About the role

Provide overall customs solutions for import and export customs clearance, cost control and risk assessment solutions in Cambodia.
Process import and export customs clearance procedures of Cambodia by land (land port), air (international airport) and sea (international port), including but not limited to CDC clearance and customs clearance with tax duty.
Process import and export clearance document, certificate of origin, import and export license/permit application, identify and control customs risk of customs documents.
Effective assessment of import and export customs clearance fees and costs, effective control of import and export customs clearance operation costs.
Manage the import and export customs clearance team to effectively enhance the team's operational professionalism, operational capability and team cohesion.
Maintain good relationship with customs authority and customer, keep positive and effective communication with customs authority and customer, and actively handle customs issue and customer complaints.
Construct the standard management system of import and export customs clearance operation, documents and files to ensure the import and export customs clearance activities comply with relevant regulations.

Requirements

With customs broker qualification and rich working experience in customs activities, such as clearance operation.
Have broker license is prefer.
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Good command of English and Chinese for communication and writing.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team.
Must be an honest, hardworking and punctual person.
