About the role

The Site QC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of cleaning and maintenance services at assigned client sites.
The role conducts regular site inspections, identifies service quality issues, provides corrective instructions, verifies completion, and reports findings to management.
The Site QC Supervisor ensures services are delivered in accordance with company SOPs, client requirements, contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and agreed cleaning s.
Conduct regular quality inspections at assigned client sites to ensure cleaning and maintenance services meet company and client standards.
Check service quality against company SOPs, client requirements, contract specifications, cleaning s, and safety requirements.
Identify cleaning quality issues, service deficiencies, safety concerns, and other operational problems during site inspections.
Provide clear instructions to site teams on required corrective actions and improvements.
Follow up and verify that corrective actions have been completed properly and on time.
Monitor the quality of general cleaning, deep cleaning, glass cleaning, floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, façade cleaning, and other assigned services.
Coordinate with Supervisors and site teams to address quality issues and maintain service standards.
Prepare and submit inspection results, quality findings, corrective actions, and follow-up reports to management.
Communicate with relevant management or client representatives regarding service quality issues and required improvements.
Support continuous improvement of cleaning and maintenance service quality across assigned sites.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in a relevant field.
2–3 years of experience in cleaning, facility management, maintenance, quality control, or a related field.
1–2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of general cleaning, deep cleaning, glass cleaning, floor care, restroom cleaning, façade cleaning, and related services.
Basic understanding of MEP, housekeeping, and maintenance is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Driving license is an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel between assigned sites in both cities and provinces.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service quality and standards.
