About the role

Admin Officer is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, handling documents, organizing s, and ensuring the office runs smoothly every day.
To help the administrative in administering and monitoring all activities section to make sure the operation run smoothly and efficiently.
To supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
To mange agenda/travel arrangement/appointment etc. for upper management.
To manage and effective use of the office’s supplies.
Track stock of office supplies and place order when necessary.
Efficiently manage stock control and the maintenance of all equipment.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Management/ Administration or other related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
Computer literacy, especially MS Word and Excel.
Good Command of English in both written and spoken.
Good report writing skills.
Hard-ing with strong responsibility and commitment.
Able to handle pressure and hard-ing environments.
