About the role

Lead cutting operators to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure fabric spreading and cutting are performed accurately.
Monitor fabric utilization and control wastage.
Verify cutting quality before bundling and issuance.
Coordinate with PPC and Sewing departments to support production.
Maintain place safety and 5S standards.

Requirements

High Diploma or above.
Minimum 2 years of experience in garment cutting operations.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of garment cutting processes and quality standards.
