Repair and Troubleshooting of Machinery (Corrective Maintenance)
Resolve machinery breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address the underlying causes of failures.
Coordinate with the engineering team and production department to effectively resolve issues. 2. Preventive Maintenance
Inspect machinery condition according to the preventive maintenance plan.
Replace spare parts and lubricants at specified intervals.
Record inspection results in the CMMS system or relevant documentation. 3. Spare Part Management
Inspect and monitor spare parts for machinery in the production line.
Register new spare parts in the inventory system when a new spare part is introduced. 4. System Management
Support ISO system implementation, including GMP, HACCP, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO22000, FSSC, TPM, and Halal, and integrate these standards into the department’s processes
Support the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system and apply it to the department’s processes. 5. Other Responsibilities
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the department’s operations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, and company activities.
Assist in special projects or cross-functional tasks as needed.
