The Agronomist manages the development of agriculture strategies and plans for multiple large-scale farms in the region, implementing land management practices that increase soil fertility and plant productivity, and conducting soil analysis and inspections to ensure optimal health of crops.
- Educate farmers about how to apply fertilizer and pesticide applications.
- Responsible for every decision made in the farm management.
- Conduct field trials and research to improve crop yields and sustainability.
- Provide expert advice on crop nutrition, pest management and soil health.
- Keep detailed records about farmers regarding fields, crops, and samples.
- Build good relationships and work closely with cooperatives, associations, relevant departments and institutions or organizations that support the agricultural sector to contribute to strengthening the quality of pepper and cultivation methods etc. Farmer approval list.
- Participate in any meetings and training courses relating to quality management.
- Travel to other regions or provinces as required by the company and can drive vehicles.
- Be flexible and adaptable to company needs when any necessary tasks are required to be performed.
- Respect time and working hours of the company.
- Make reports and submit to Chief Executive Officer
