span class="noselect"> This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of transformer design and production. </div><div class="js-area-heading"> </div><div class="js-area-heading">Roles and Responsibilities:<ul class="job-detail-req"><li class="indent-0">Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the long-term growth and profitability of the manufacturing facility.</li><li class="indent-0">Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.</li><li class="indent-0">Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize quality</li><li class="indent-0"> Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high product quality.</li><li class="indent-0">Manage the operational budget, driving cost efficiency and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.</li><li class="indent-0">Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective</li><li class="indent-0">material procurement.</li><li class="indent-0">Oversee the design and development of new transformers, ensuring they meet customer and regulatory requirements.</li><li class="indent-0">Collaborate with customers, utilities, and authorities to ensure satisfaction and compliance.</li><li class="indent-0">Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and address any issues promptly.</li><li class="indent-0"> Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.</li><li class="indent-0">Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees</li><li class="indent-0"> Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.</li><li class="indent-0"> Develop and maintain a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.</li><li class="indent-0"> Work collaboratively with other departments such as engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.</li></ul>Key Requirements (skills, knowledge experience & qualification): <div class="key-list" style="flex-grow: 1; margin-top: 5px;"><ul class="job-detail-req"><li>Master's Degree is preferred</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or a related filed</li><li>Experience in a leadership role within the transformer manufacturing industry for 10 years as a minimum</li><li>Proven history of success in achieving production and quality goals.</li><li> In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the manufacturing industry.</li><li> Experience in working with transformer design and understanding of relevant engineering principles.</li></ul></div></div><div class="js-area-heading">Please send CV and cover letter to Email:      admin@saekarajtransfo.com Phone:    077996676 Website:   Please mention "www.Cambodiajobs.Biz" where you saw the ad when you apply!  </div></div><div class="blogger-post-footer">Moreinfo: http://cambodiajobs.blogspot.com</div>.

Requirements

Master's Degree is preferred Bachelor's Degree electrical engineering relatediled Experience a leadership role within transformer manufacturing industry for 10 years as a minimum Proven history success achieving production quality goals.
In-depth knowledge safety regulations best practices within manufacturing industry.
Experience working with transformer design and understanding relevant engineering principles.
