About the role

Develop annual manpower plans and HR budgets aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Administer competitive salary structures, benefits schemes, and payroll management.
Oversee staff appraisal systems, KPI setting, and career development plans.
Foster a positive culture, handle grievances, and resolve place conflicts.
Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law and company policies.
Prepare and present HR metrics and reports (headcount, turnover, training hours, C&B analysis, etc.) for management decision-making.
Oversee general administration functions, including office management, facilities, security, and procurement of office supplies.
Implement efficient administrative systems and ensure smooth operations.
Support management with corporate communications and internal events.
Ensure all company licenses, registrations, and legal documents are updated and compliant.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR & Admin experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.
Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is an advantage.
Proven ability to lead HR projects and implement HR systems.
Excellent communication, interal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/Payroll software.
Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
