About the role

Material Administrator is responsible for assisting the warehouse Team, both shipping and receiving, with administrative functions.
Initiates purchase orders and amendments for parts, services, and/or special tools.
Prepares tags for parts going to the paint shop.
Track parts going to and coming from the sites.
Maintains Shipping and Receiving paper.
Maintains tracking spreadsheets.
Enters new parts into the system.
Assists warehouse team members as needed.
Adheres to purchasing policies, processes, and procedures.
Adheres to production control policies, processes, and procedures.
Adheres to Warehouse and inventory control policies, processes, and procedures.
Performs other duties which may be required by the Warehouse Supervisor and/ or Warehouse Leads.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in or equivalent from a reputable institution is required.
Computer literate especially MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
Khmer national with fluent (written and spoken) English is preferred.
Capacity to handle multi tasks and evaluate priority.
Interal and organizational skills.
Data Entry.
Record Keeping.
