About the role

Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Telegram pages.
Publish daily social media content.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Monitor social media engagement and audience growth.
Prepare captions and marketing copy for social media posts.
Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce marketing materials.
Ensure marketing content is posted according to the monthly content calendar.
Assist in running Facebook and Google advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and report basic results.
Support lead generation campaigns for property sales.
Update property information and promotional content on the company website.
Upload property listings to real estate portals and online marketplaces.
Ensure online information is accurate and up to date.
Maintain digital marketing files, photos, and promotional materials.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
Support marketing events and promotional activities when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Fresh graduates with strong digital marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Facebook Suite and Google Ads.
Familiar with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
Basic knowledge of CapCut or other video editing applications is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English.
Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
