About the role

Efficiently assist in handling daily management, administrative, and operational tasks in accordance with the department manager's instructions and arrangements.
Handle document translation (Chinese, Khmer, and English) within the department and provide interpretation services during meetings or reception events.
Use standard office software for data entry, report compilation, and the drafting of meeting minutes.
Assist in managing the manager's daily schedule and be willing to undertake occasional travel as required.
Serve as a key liaison within the department, accurately conveying the manager's instructions and following up on the implementation of project goals.

Requirements

Skills: Fluent in Chinese, Khmer, and English; possess excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as proficiency in face-to-face interpretation.
Professional Skills: Proficient in standard office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal Attributes: Presentable appearance and professional demeanor; poised and articulate with a strong sense of professionalism.
Stress Resilience: Strong ability to handle pressure, adapt to changing situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Other Requirements: Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
