About the role

Plan debt recovery for defaulted clients and clients who are overdue from 360 days.
Assess and classify priorities in dealing with each client.
Go out to resolve and collect payments regularly from overdue clients.
Plan daily village visits according to each area of control and update your manager and provincial branch director every week.
Create strategies to resolve problematic loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and plan achievement.
Report daily and weekly results.
Collaborate with local authorities to resolve issues with clients.
Perform other duties as required by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institutions, or an equivalent qualification.
Better analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability and skills in planning and ability to work in difficult situations.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is prioritized.

Compensation Details
