About the role

Supports the Sales Manager by executing day-to-day customer acquisition, service consultation, and client follow-up activities across B2B, B2C, and service-based segments.
Focuses on engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting Tunsai’s cleaning and maintenance services to convert leads into active clients.
The role involves approaching and engaging potential customers through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and on-site visits.
Understanding client cleaning and maintenance needs and explaining suitable service solutions.
Conducting basic site walkthroughs and gathering information for quotation preparation.
Educating clients on service benefits, scope, and long-term value.
Supporting the Sales Manager in executing sales plans and client acquisition strategies.
Assisting in preparing quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
Following up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Supporting contract conversion and onboarding coordination.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Updating client information, meeting notes, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat or additional services.
Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure service alignment.
Providing regular updates on leads, client feedback, and market insights.
Supporting promotional activities, campaigns, and sales events as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
At least 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or service advisory roles.
Background in cleaning services, service industries, insurance, banking, or facilities-related es is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and interal skills in Khmer and English.
Comfortable with customer engagement, follow-up, and basic negotiation.
Willing to travel for on-site client visits and field sales activities.
Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn.
